Pour List Preview | 2025 WeldWerks Invitational Festival Can’t-Miss Beers
After what seems like the longest month in the history of existence, February has finally arrived and the onset of Stout Month already looks bright. Believe it or not, the 2025 WeldWerks Invitational returns THIS SATURDAY, and even more astounding is the fact that a handful of tickets still remain for this god-tier beer festival.
If there should be any concerns over the enormity of beer talent that will be on hand for this year’s fest, our first look at what’s expected to be poured at the fest should help quell any trepidation you might have had over snagging a ticket.
National heavy hitters from the trendy barrel-aged beer producers include 3 Sons Brewing’s Vanilla Big Sxxxy, Forager’s Barrel-aged Bangkok, HOMES Brewery’s Permanent Homes 2024, Highland Park’s Barrel Aged Griffith, Mortalis’ Barrel-aged Thanatos, Other Half’s Triple Drupe collab with Horus Aged Ales, Phase Three’s Arabesque 2024 and Eunoia, Side Project’s 11 Candles, Toppling Goliath’s Coconut, Pecan, Vanilla Assassin, just to name a few.
The fest’s old guard producers are also bringing the heat this year with treats like Russian River’s Pliny the Younger, Jester King’s SPON, Firestone Walker’s exciting trio of specialty collabs, Parabanoche (Collab with WeldWerks), Billiard Money (Collab with WeldWerks), Oakpocalypse (Collab with Revolution).
And some of WeldWerks’ local friends won’t be slacking either as they’ll be rolling out some treats in Amalgam’s Another Realm, Casey’s Jammy and Coffee Vanilla Infinite Nothing, Cerebral’s Endeavor Age of Monsters, and New Image’s Madera PX Sherry to name a few.

- Macaroon Medianoche (North Park Collab) – Macaroon Medianoche is the result of blending our base Medianoche with adjuncts from North Park’s Macaroons Before Dying. This indulgent barrel-aged imperial stout was aged for over 34 months in a combination of Weller 12 Bourbon and Blanton’s Bourbon barrels before resting on a mix of four different types of coconut: raw unsweetened coconut chips, shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted coconut, and Emperor’s toasted coconut flakes, alongside Madagascar vanilla beans. To finish this full-bodied blend, we added rich caramel and Dark Matter Coffee’s Unicorn Blood espresso beans. We’re honored to create this barrel-aged delight with the legendary team at North Park.

Apple Brandy, Bourbon, Scotch, Maple Bourbon, Tequila, Rum, and Cognac barrels were all blended and aged upon massive amounts of toasted coconut, hazelnuts, coffee, cinnamon, chocolate, and vanilla beans
- Vinology: Pinot Noir – We tasted our finest barrels and came up with a blend of three seasons of spontaneous beer from our coolship. We added fresh Pinot Noir grape must from Walla Walla, Washington, and let the blend soak up the flavor of the grapes for several months. Next, we added a small amount of sugar to re-ferment and naturally carbonate in the bottle. The result is crisp, funky, and lightly tart like a fine rosé
