I’ve found it to be a loyal companion from lakeside Wisconsin summer days to 50th floor dinners in downtown Dubai. Especially in the latter, a place that is both a literal desert and a metaphoric craft beer desert, the cloudy maltiness of a Franziskaner Weissbier offers an undeniable appeal.
