The Brewtography Project | Black Sky Brewery

The Brewtography Project | Black Sky Brewery
Amber Dunlap

In this week’s Brewtography Project feature, we’re sharing Dustin Hall’s incredible photography of Black Sky Brewery in Denver. The Brewtography Project aims to capture the essence of the craft beer industry by visual storytelling, which is why we are so drawn to his work. Each week we’ll take you through some of his pieces but for more of what Dustin is working on visit The Brewtography Project.

If you’re a fan of heavy metal and love craft beer, Black Sky Brewery is the place for you. Harry and Lila Smith started Black Sky just looking to create a glorified version of their garage with music, beer, and pizza. What it’s become is so much more. They work with the Denver Heavy Metal Society to promote local music and bring in local bands to play at the brewery once a month. They don’t really fit into any mold as far as beer styles go, taking the experimental route instead which means there’s always something new to try. Check them out at 490 Santa Fe Dr. in Denver and until then scroll through Dustin’s awesome photos.
