What We’re Drinking | May 13th, 2016
You guys. Weird juju all around today. It’s Friday the 13th and Mercury is in retrograde so if everything feels a little wacky, well, it’s because it is. But don’t panic — it’s not you! It’s the universe, or whatever. So don’t take anything too seriously this weekend. Let the world be as it will and take everything with a grain of salt. Beer will help, too. I promise. Here is what’s been getting the PorchDrinking team by this week.
Ceremonial Session IPA | Burial Beer Co.
“Burial Beer Co. Ceremonial Session IPA featuring Nelson Sauvin hops. At 4% ABV I could drink this all day.” — Danele Bova
805 Blonde Ale | Firestone Walker
“Hockey Playoffs… It’s a marathon not a sprint. Buying two of this crushable (and low ABV) beer sets the pace for watching hockey.” — Victoria Pratt
Moon Man | New Glarus Brewing

Rented World | Ratio Beerworks
“Phil Inge and I are trying out Ratio Beerworks’ Rented World aka Wrinkle Cream, and it’s a dandy of an IPA on this warm afternoon!” — Tristan Chan
Yuengling Traditional Lager | Yuengling
“Nothing classier than a homegrown Pennsylvanian drinking Yuengling in a wine class for a Philly wedding – accompanied by the craftiest of coasters. #mazelcheers” —K.C. Cunilio
Hop Tanker DIPA | El Segundo Brewing Company
“Sylvia loves hoppy beers and it was Mother’s Day weekend! Nelson and Citra hop bomb coming in at 9.2% abv make this one dank brew. Cheers to all the mothers out there! — Chris Hollands
