Bronx Brewery B-Sides | Boom Boom White IPA
ABV: 8.1% IBU: 64
BREWING: July – August
Summer has fully arrived! And with it, a long awaited Boom Boom White IPA B-side release from our friends at The Bronx Brewery.
To kick-off the revealing, the boys at BxB hosted a fun, music-filled night at The Roost in the East Village. Known for their icon space and craft beer menu, this venue was the perfect partner to present the next B-Sides track to the public.
This month’s vibe fills the airwaves with acoustic aromas playing all on their own, and a mellow mouthfeel that soothes your senses. Boom Boom White is a traditional IPA with the exception of wheat, giving it a tangy, fruity spin on the tongue and creating a clouded, golden hue of liquid. While malts bring forward a crisp, light melody in the flavor, dry hopping plays with scent recognition.
The Bronx Brewery’s IPA iteration is one you can drink in quantity and with ease. It pairs well with meaty menu items just as much as a veggie-driven app. My recommendation? Gather up some friends, head to the tap room on an early Saturday afternoon, and find a cozy spot in the garden. This brew was meant to be shared with a warm, soft breeze to instantly increase your mood of the day!
Scenes from the evening include dynamic duo Damian (left) and Chris (right) as they mix and mingle and keep their delicious drink flowing. Cheers to a successful launch and season ahead!
