What We're Drinking
Danele Bova

This week at PorchDrinking, we enjoyed a wide array of craft beers from across the country. At the height of Summer, our team has enjoyed delicious beer at festivals, concerts, cross-country trips, and a slew of outdoor activities. Check out the behind the scenes from this week’s brewventures. This is What We’re Drinking.

Commodore Perry | Great Lakes Brewing Co.

Beer Name | Cerebral Brewing

“First #craftbeer in 30 Days! :relieved:#whole30 #complete #blessed #nom #beerme @cerebralbrewing #cheatcode #hazefordays” – Desiree Duzich

Lunch Flight | Various Breweries

“Left to right, Second Self | Phuket Thai Wheat, Dry County | Neon Berries, New Belgium | La Follie, Reformation | Oren great beers perfect with delicious Asian fusion at @BaBellies in Peachtree Corners, GA!” – Jose Minaya

Caramel Corker English Porter | Yergey Brewing Co.

“This toffee- and caramel-dominated Porter looks more like a Brown Ale, but still delivers some nice roasty flavors. Whatever style you think it is, it’s damn tasty.” – Dan Bortz

Virgindia Pale Ale | Hardywood Park Craft Brewery

“Installing some pine flooring, so it seemed appropriate.” – Stacey Goers

Baby Bear | Chicago Brew Werks

“Lovely stout from Chicago Brew Werks at #wellesparkbeerfest — brewer and guild VP in pic.” – Mathew Powers

Mumble IIPA | Funk Brewing Co.

“This juice bomb weighs in at 8% ABV and will have you mumbling incoherently in no time!” – Dan Bortz

Murklands IPA | Pure Project Brewing

Christmas Ale 2010 & 2011 | Anchor Brewing

“Anchor Christmas Ale 2010 and 2011. Wanted to drink these before the deal took place. 2010 held up better with cola dank fruit flavors.” – Scott Johnson

When You Die Your Energy Will Become… | Tired Hands Brewing

Belgian Wild Ale | Mikkeller Brewing San Diego

Child Support (El Dorado) | The Veil Brewing Co.

“Had to make the trip back for one of my favorite beers. The El Dorado gives it a dank, pineapple resinous character. Still this is the ideal balance of drinkability and flavor as the Pilsner base is unbelievably strong. Don’t sleep on this!” – Scott Johnson
