Event Preview | San Antonio Beer Festival

In it’s 12th year, the 2017 San Antonio Beer Festival is gearing up to bring more than 450 premium and craft beers from 150+ breweries around the world to Texas beer lovers. Happening Oct. 21 from 1:30-6:30 p.m., the festival will take place at Dignowity and Lockwood Parks; a portion of the proceeds will benefit the San Antonio Food Bank.

Beers from Jester King Brewing, 5 Stones Artisan Brewery, Freetail Brewing Company and Real Ale Brewing Company are included among the more than 220 beloved Texas beers that will be poured at the festival. There will also be a plethora of unique casks and one-of-a-kind collaborations.

San Antonio Beer Festival goers can expect a full lineup of activities to accompany their festival experience including live music, interactive games, a wine garden, plenty of food options and much more. And even though it’s October, this is still Texas, so be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen and bring a camp chair or blanket to set up in the shade.

VIP tickets are sold out, but you can still grab general admission tickets and use the code PAMCRAFT for five dollars off your admission. And to top it off, the San Antonio Beer Festival is hosting a series of events leading up to the big day.
