Living the Dream Brewing Teams Up with Alamo Drafthouse on Pathfinder IPA
This is a sponsored post on behalf of Alamo Drafthouse
Since they first opened their doors in Austin, TX, our good friends at Alamo Drafthouse have been pioneers in allowing movie-goers to order elite level craft beer options while enjoying the silver screen.
Over the years, Alamo Drafthouse has taken that partnership a step further, brewing collaborative projects with breweries like Odell, and most recently Stone Brewing, but they’ve also invested in local partnerships as well. Such was the case when Alamo’s Littleton location announced a partnership with nearby Living the Dream Brewing, also based in Littleton, who will serve as the Family Film Night sponsor through Summer 2018.
But that unity between Living the Dream and Alamo Drafthouse now extends a step further as they brewed a commemorative IPA in honor of the release of Solo: A Star Wars Story. In the true spirit of collaboration projects, the Alamo Drafthouse team was invited out to help with the brew process last month. Now this juicy fruit-forward IPA featuring Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops and real Mangos added officially goes on tap at Alamo Drafthouse Littleton’s Glass Half Full Taproom tonight at 7pm, and in the Living the Dream Taproom tomorrow afternoon.
While wanting to make sure to respect naming rights held by Disney, the name Pathfinder subtly refers to the unit lead by General Solo in the Star Wars Universe. Solo: A Star Wars Story also hits theaters tonight.
