Wiley Roots Expansion Party @ Wiley Roots Brewing Company (Greeley) – 625 3rd St, Unit D, Greeley, CO
Date/ Time: Friday, January 18- Sunday, January 20 from 12pm– 11pm
Details: 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐘
Starting on Friday, January 18th at 12 pm and ending on Sunday night at 7 pm, we are celebrating the completion of our brewery expansion with the release of five brand new beers and a weekend full of special brewery tours!
Nearly two years ago, we brewed a beer called 1320 IPA to celebrate what we thought would be a huge moment in our brewery’s history. Desperate to expand our production, we were in the final discussions to move the brewery into downtown Greeley — 1320 was going to be the new address for Wiley Roots. On Friday, Kyle is officially celebrating “I’m not doing anymore construction stuff for awhile” …or so he thinks. 😉😂
It also represents a new chapter in our collective story.
It is the path we chose to take, our decision to wait because we believed there was something better, our focus on our recipes, our staff, and our customers to deliver the best product possible with the resources we have, all while reinvesting in the business, working our asses off, and taking enormous risks.
We expect this release to sell out over the weekend, so we are limiting each beer to one case per person. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦.
𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧
Classic West Coast IPA with Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial hops. Label design was hand drawn to recognize the talent of Justin Chase and celebrate our love of memes created by the craft beer community.
𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐫
Imperial Milkshake Sour IPA with whole fruit peach purée, graham cracker, vanilla, cinnamon, and lactose dry hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy.
𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐫
German Keller-Helles brewed the hard way to introduce lagers to the United States. After Anheuser-Busch InBev announced that Wicked Weed was bringing sour beers to the US, we decided that lagers needed to follow.
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐡
Imperial Stout with rich caramel and sea salt. This is our newest release in the Monstah series and explores the balance between sweet and salty.
𝟏𝟑𝟐𝟎 𝐈𝐏𝐀
Juicy New England style IPA with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. The pillowy soft mouthfeel compliments the juicy flavors with refreshing citrus finish that makes this beer one of our favorite IPAs.
