Firestone Walker
6.0% ABV, An inventive wild ale fermented with fresh Oregon strawberries.
A generous dose of strawberries were allowed a tertiary fermentation with a wheat beer matured 5-24 months in 100% French oak barrels. Vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon provide a supporting cast. The whole experience is reminiscent of a Manhattan cocktail. To be sipped and savored. A santé!
