Coffee Maple Medianoche & Old Fitz Medianoche Bottle Release @ Weldwerks Brewing Company (Greeley) – 508 8th Ave, Greeley, Colorado 80631

Date/ Time: Friday, February 28- Sunday, March 8, from 12:00– 7:00 p.m..

Details: The next two barrel aged releases of 2020 feature two brand new Medianoche variants – Coffee Maple Medianoche and Old Fitz Medianoche!

COFFEE MAPLE MEDIANOCHE
The unique casks used for Coffee Maple Medianoche began as Heaven Hill® 10-12 year-old bourbon barrels and were then used to age Vermont maple syrup for over a year. We received the barrels immediately after the maple syrup was emptied and promptly filled them with a special batch Medianoche brewed with even more maple syrup. After 17 months in the maple syrup bourbon barrels, we commissioned the talented folks at Mostra Coffee to design a blend specific for this beer. They landed on a mix of their Brazil Oberon and El Salvador “El Isidro” beans, which were roasted a touch longer to develop more sweetness and a gentle acidity, lending notes of dark chocolate, almond, toffee, and hints of tangerine. The complex coffee character layers perfectly with the rich caramel, brown sugar, honey, vanilla. and subtle citrus character imparted from the barrels, all of which are complemented by the lavish maple sweetness.

Available in 22 oz bottles to-go for $32 each, with a limit of 3 bottles per person.

OLD FITZ MEDIANOCHE
As our barrel program has grown and matured over the past five years, so has our appreciation for the spirits originally produced from our casks. When we managed to secure barrels from Heaven Hill® Distillery’s first entry in the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series back in 2018, we decided to craft a batch of Medianoche specifically for these unique casks. To complement the extraordinary softness imparted by the wheated mash bill of the Old Fitzgerald bourbon, we used flaked wheat and flaked oats to further enhance the mouthfeel of the base beer. After aging for more than 18 months in these exceptionally rare and complex 11-year wheated bourbon casks, Old Fitz Medianoche is a distinctly expressive homage to one of our favorite bourbons.

Available in 22 oz bottles to-go for $28 each, with a limit of 2 bottles per person.

Tickets will be sold online exclusively through Eventbrite, and tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at the brewery between Friday, February 28 and Sunday, March 8 during taproom hours. Here are our hours for those dates:

Feb 28-29: 12-10 pm
Mar 1: 12-7 pm
Mar 2-5: 12-9 pm
Mar 6-7: 12-10 pm
Mar 8: 12-7 pm

Once again, we will be allowing proxy pick-ups for this release (see more info about proxy pick-ups below) Given the exponentially greater demand we experienced by allowing proxies for the Vanilla Destinations/1910 Medianoche release, we have adjusted limits and significantly increased bottle counts, resulting in double the number (100% more) allocations than the January proxy release. Bottles are still likely to sell out quickly but we will be able to accommodate significantly more customers with these changes.

If you are unable to pick up bottles during the pickup window, or you are unable to secure a proxy, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY TICKETS! Tickets must be purchased online and will not be available for purchase in person. Tickets will go on sale promptly at 10:00 AM MDT on Saturday, February 15. Be sure to read all of the details below before purchasing tickets!

TICKET DETAILS
– Individuals must be 21 or older to purchase tickets, and a valid 21+ photo ID matching the name on the tickets must be presented at the time of pickup. Proxies picking up bottles for other individuals must be 21 or older and must present a picture or copy of the driver’s license of the ticket holder along with their tickets. There is a limit of 4 proxy order pick-ups per proxy.

– Each ticket entitles the patron to redeem (1) one 22 oz bottle of Coffee Maple Medianoche or one 22 oz bottle of Old Fitz Medianoche, as indicated on the Eventbrite ticket. There is a strict limit of (3) Coffee Maple Medianoche tickets and (2) Old Fitz Medianoche tickets per person. One ticket = one bottle redemption, so a full allocation of (3) three bottles of Coffee Maple Medianoche and (2) two bottles of Old Fitz Medianoche requires the redemption of (5) tickets. Additional orders placed that exceed the limits will be cancelled without notice.

– Tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at WeldWerks Brewing Co. (508 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631) between Friday, February 28 and Sunday, March 8. Tickets (either digital or printed) must be presented in order to receive bottles.

– All unclaimed bottles remaining after the pickup window will be forfeited. Orders for unclaimed bottles will be refunded within 72 hours, less a 20% restocking fee.

– All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

– Individuals who attempt to violate these policies may be ineligible for future bottle purchases, so please do not waste our time and yours by trying to circumvent these rules.
