The PorchCast Ep 79 | Firestone Walker Tasting & 90’s + Early 2000’s Beer Bracket

Firestone Walker Brewmaster's Reserve Parabola

In episode 79 of the PorchCast we kicked off our 90’s & early 2000’s beer bracket for the ultimate showdown of beers that helped launch craft beer into popularity. For many of us, these beers were gateway beers that helped open the door to understanding that life existed beyond watered-down macro lite beers. To kick things off we broke down the East and West brackets and will move on to the Midwest and West brackets next episode. Let us know what you think of our picks.

Additionally, we took this episode to taste through the first installment of Firestone Walker’s Brewmaster’s Reserve collection featuring 2021 Parabola, Amburana Parabola and Double Barrel Parabola. All three are part of a new membership program launched by the California brewery earlier this year.
