In episode 100 of the PorchCast, we were joined by Jesse Bussard, Executive Director of the Craft Maltster’s Guild to talk about the explosive craft malt movement happening across the United States.

Over the past decade the guild has grown from eight founding member craft malt houses to over 70. We were able to speak with Bussard about what defines craft malt, and what has made craft malt become so popular over the years, and we also heard a bit more about what to look forward to on the horizon for innovation in craft malting.
