A pizza camper food truck has been bringing delicious pizzas to local Denver breweries, including Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery. Ashley and Ryan have been slinging pizzas out of their cute camper for just over a year now, with weekly staples and rotating pies, satisfying tastebuds all around the city. In honor of their first anniversary, they teamed up with Alyssa, head brewer at Jagged Mountain Brewing, to brew up a deliciously unique beer, Pizza Crust Pale Ale.

Little Machine Beer | Big Money Pale Ale

If you ask Little Machine Beer’s co-owner and brewer, Brett Williams his idea of a perfect beer, he will tell you about his recent release, Big Money Pale Ale. Named after the cost put into sourcing “the Rolls Royce of malt,” according to Simpsons Malt, UK native Maris Otter. Additionally, flaked oats, Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops combine to create a low abv Pale Ale with big hop flavor. Sitting at 5.6%, with balanced bitterness and a dry, aromatic finish, this beer is ideal for the conclusion of summer.

Rabid Brewing & Bean to Barstool | Crown of Horns

Homewood, Illinois’ Rabid Brewing has combined quality beer production with a love of mythology since 2017, and a celebration of that time will arrive Saturday, July 22 with its Feast of the Goat Queen festival. Among the beers that will be released is a chocolate beer as part of a collaborative effort between Rabid and Bean to Barstool, run by the award-winning writer and podcaster, David Nilsen. The beer, a Chocolate Vanilla Cream Ale named Crown of Horns, uses ethically-sourced cacao from Ethereal Confections. Meanwhile, the festival, a “Fest for Fae Folk,” is perfect for those that to like to dawn some horns, honor their Roman gods, pet some goats, listen to live music, check out some artists, and otherwise have some fun.
