The PorchDrinking Weekly Denver Beer Beat is coming to you a bit early this week because of the Craft Brewers Conference AND World Beer Cup rolling through town. With these two mega-beercentric events come a lot of beer specific events and happenings. So we have compiled a comprehensive list of CBC events for the week (we minimize the badge only stuff because it just isn’t fair for us to brag on those badge only happenings). Follow us as we venture through the daily events, seminars, expositions, demonstration, and nightly events. We will be using the hashtag #PDdoesCBC2014 to document our journeys. PorchDrinking Does Craft Brewers Conference 2014

Well, folks, Denver is the lucky city this year to host the Craft Brewers Conference for 2014. Denver is already equipped for the influx of beer heads because of the annual Great American Beer Festival that occurs every October in our fine city of suds. This year, though, we are also host city for the Craft Brewers Conference AND the World Beer Cup. And all in the same week. I don’t know how more stoked I can be than I am right now to announce that PorchDrinking.com will be there to provide coverage. Pre-and-post event coverage, live tweeting and, as always, a terrific banter to accompany the beerversation. Why? Because in the end, #itsjustbeer, right?!?

Holy Fuck Farts! Craft Brewer’s Conference 2014 week is here. Strap it on. Denver is being invaded by many a beer nerd, connoisseur and hophead. And that is a great thing! Ladies and Gents, keep posted to our social media outlets for live tweeting, pre-and-post event coverage and all around updates on all things craft beer in Denver during CBC and the World Beer Cup. The Craft Brewers Conference is the premier craft brewing industry educational event bringing together more than 4,000 of the world’s leading brewers, brewery owners, brewery/brewpub marketing and management, and brewing supply professionals.

Welcome to this week’s Denver Beer Beat. What a week huh?! Hopefully all of you cerevisaphiles out there got your fix with Pliny the Younger popping up all over town. How lucky are we to have so many chances to try that coveted brew?! How about Avery Strong Ale Fest? So much good came out of that event that I must digress on to March. March is a month of transition.
