What We’re Drinking | February 12, 2021
February 12, 2021 | Justin PennelWe’re just two days out from Valentine’s Day 2021. Everyone treats this “holiday” differently regardless of their relationship status, and who knows what kind of wrench COVID is going to through into that equation. One thing I think we can all get behind is treating yourself or a loved one to a growler fill or some cans from your local brewery. This is What We’re Drinking.
Ultimate 6er | Beers for Mountain Biking
July 8, 2020 | Korey DavidGreat beer and a rowdy mountain bike ride go hand in hand. Each of the beers selected for this Mountain Biking Ultimate 6er had to fit three criteria. First, it has to come in cans. When you’re packing the cooler to rip hot laps with the crew, bottles won’t do. Second, the brewery of choice must be based out of a premier mountain bike destination. Lastly, the beer must fall into one of two categories based on when it’s consumed.
The Weekly Buzz | May 11 – 17
May 18, 2018 | Dan BortzI’m far too tired to give you a witty introduction. My body is aching. Migraine symptoms are setting in. I know that these are probably related to the amount of time I spend on Twitter, but I’m just too darn committed to compiling this dumb list of tweets for your enjoyment. The Weekly Buzz | May 5 – 11
May 12, 2017 | Dan BortzI’m getting ready to go on vacation! My destination may not be a world-renowned beer town like Portland or Denver, but I’m sure I will find a way to enjoy some delicious craft brews. For those of you who are forced to stay home and endure your normal slog, I present you with a week’s worth of beer news and shenanigans. You can read The Weekly Buzz while you pretend to do your TPS reports. I, on the other hand, will be in Myrtle Beach drinking beer and pretending that I like the beach.

What We’re Drinking | January 27, 2017
January 27, 2017 | Danele Bova“Studies that we’re aware of show that 63% of craft beer drinkers yearn for the days when Big Beer was great. The craft beer “revolution” is nothing more than a conspiracy to devalue the quality product that our fine American brewers have been creating for decades.” — #AlternativeFacts
These, however, are not Alternative Facts. This is What We’re Drinking this week.

What We’re Drinking | August 26th, 2016
August 26, 2016 | Danele BovaGuess who’s back, back again? The PorchDrinking team has rejoined forces to bring back our weekly What We’re Drinking series. As the evenings grow shorter, the temperature begins to drop and we all know that summer is quickly coming to an end. Because of this, we are drinking whatever the hell we want. We love our seasonal brews but let’s be completely honest here. We love #allthebeers. So cheers to another awesome week and hoping we can stretch a little more out of this summer. Read More
