Details: Dustin Hall of The Brewtography Project collaborated with Metric Brewing out of Colorado Springs and brewed a decadent Baltic Porter. This 10% Goliath features rum, raisin, and licorice notes and isn’t camera shy. It was released at Metric Brewing a couple of weeks ago, but for those living in the Denver area, this is your chance to try it. We’re incredibly excited with how this beer turned out and even more excited to see where this journey into Foeder Lagerbier takes us.

Details: We at Novel Strand are very excited to announce the first iteration of our Beer Dinner series, A MOMENT IN TIME.

For this first chapter in our little adventure, we are fortunate to host our homies from Goed Zuur! Chef Anthony Lopiccolo, and Cheese Master (ACS CCP) Rachel Smith will join us in exploring 5 different beer and food combinations highlighting a variety of styles, flavors, and techniques in both brewing and cooking.

Final beer and food selections will be announced in the coming weeks.

Due to space restrictions in our modest taproom, we are only able to open this intimate event up for 30 seats. Tickets will be $70 per person, and this covers everything: beer, food, and gratuity. Tickets will be available only in our taproom starting Wednesday, November 21st at 15:00 (3 PM).
