Ellie Thompson
Having grown up in the great state of Kansas, it is no surprise Ellie acquired her beer enthusiasm from drinking lots of Boulevard Wheat. She also very much enjoys keeping up with new music and has channeled that âhobbyâ into creating weekly playlists for PD. In the real world, Ellie is a graduate student in Chicago studying Auditory Neuroscience; she is primarily interested in how music changes the brain.
