It has been one celestially wild week here in the states. Monday saw the Great American Solar Eclipse, giving all us beer peeps even more reason to reach for space themed brews to celebrate such a momentous occasion. “This is more of a what are you eating but my family just had a cooking contest and I won both overall tastiness and best use of secret ingredient (which was cherries) with seared tuna steaks that I marinated in St. Ambrose’s Cherry Amore melomel Mead.
