The 50 Best Bars 2026: No 51-100 Revealed Ahead of Milan Awards Ceremony

The latest edition of the extended ranking brings together a diverse mix of established favourites and emerging names shaping the global cocktail scene. From Europe and Asia to Africa, the Americas and beyond, this year’s selection highlights the growing breadth of destinations earning recognition for creativity, hospitality and innovation. Together, the 51–100 entries offer a closer look at the bars and cities driving the evolution of cocktail culture worldwide.

With the No.51–100 bars now unveiled, attention turns to the full 2026 list and the awards ceremony which will be held in Milan on 7 October, according to a press release from The 50.

The 51-100 list in numbers

• The 51-100 list includes bars spanning 34 cities
• There are 13 new entries in this year’s ranking from cities including Athens, Bangkok, Goa and Melbourne
• For the fourth consecutive year, the USA is the most represented territory with five bars across Chicago, New Orleans and New York
• Europe dominates with 18 bars including venues in Paris, Athens and Oslo
• Asia features 16 bars, including four from Hong Kong
• Accra, Dublin, Istanbul, San José and Shenzhen feature bars for the first time

Widely regarded as a benchmark of excellence in the global drinks industry, the ranking is compiled from the votes of The 50 Best Bars Academy, comprising more than 800 bartenders, writers, educators and specialists from around the world. The 51-100 list shines a light on a greater number of bars whose creativity, innovation and influence continue to shape global cocktail culture.

New entries for 2026 include Goa’s Boilermaker (No.57), Mexico City’s Form + Matter (No.59), Shenzhen’s MO Bar Shenzhen (No.60), Istanbul’s Bar Gabriel (No.68), Athens’ Naked (No.76), Accra’s Front/Back (No.80) and La Borracha (No.87), Hong Kong’s Mius (No.81), San José’s Otro Bar (No.82), Melbourne’s Three Horses (No.84), Bangkok’s G.O.D (No.85), Singapore’s Offtrack (No.89) and Dublin’s Bar 1661 (No.98).

The 50 Best Bars 2026 will be announced at a live awards ceremony in Milan on 7 October 2026. The ceremony will be broadcast live on The 50 channel at 20:00 Milan time.
